Picture the room first, then pick the roof
Two answers to that one question
A roof choice is easier once the room's actual job is clear: is it meant to feel open and bright, or quietly blend into the rest of the house? Four Ultraframe roof types cover both answers.
Flat Roof
Using the latest flat roofing technology and made to your specifications, your new flat roof extension is quick to build, hassle free and fully compliant with current Building Regulations.
With an impressive U-value of 0.12 W/m2K and the option of flat skylights, roof lanterns or no roof lights, it delivers excellent thermal efficiency while sitting low against the house to suit Weston-super-Mare homes where matching the original roofline matters most.
Glass Roof
The BBA approved hup! Glass Roof is fully configurable to any shape, size and colour. Available with high performance glass, compatible with a range of cornice designs, insulated pelmet and packed full of high quality components.
Hybrid Roof
The hup! Hybrid Roof seamlessly combines thermally efficient grey panels with glazing giving you a room that’s warm all year round and thermally efficient with a U-Value as low as 0.12W/m2K.
This hybrid design will allow glazing to be placed anywhere in the roof to allow for the perfect amount of light to enter the room exactly where you need it most.
Tiled Roof
The hup! Tiled Roof is one of the most thermally efficient tiled roof systems, compliant with Building Regulations U-Value as low as 0.12W/m2K.
With superior strength for larger designs with large spans of bi-fold or sliding doors the hup! tiled roof saves you money on structural support. Available with a choice of high performance full length glazing panels or conventional Velux style windows in the roof to allow for light to enter the room below.
If the room needs to feel bigger than it is
A vaulted ceiling does that job, lifting the roofline to bring in noticeably more daylight, especially valuable on a kitchen or living space with a modest floor area.
